CAO Gold Cigars

This cigar features a gorgeous, shade-grown Ecuadorian, Connecticut seed wrapper along with aged Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Developed in honor of the 30th anniversary of the CAO brand in 1998 (L'Anniversaire 1968-1998) the L'Anniversaire Cameroon series has quickly become one of the most sought-after premium cigars on the market today.

The Cameroon series, made in Nicaragua, was introduced in 1999, following the 1998 release of the Maduro series. The Cameroon line is box-pressed in shape and offered in wooden boxes of 20.

High-grade long African Cameroon wrappers are utilized in the L'Anniversaire Cameroon series. A Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua complete this exquisite blend. The mild to medium-bodied Cameroon series has been described as, "Unique and distinctive notes of caramel, nuts and sweetened coffee.”

CAO CX2 Cigars

The CAO CX2 is a favorite among Cameroon wrapper enthusiasts. This cigar features two Cameroon wrappers and a medium to full bodied blend of Nicaraguan tobacco.

Cameroon wrapper tobacco is some of the worlds most coveted wrapper leaf. The tobacco grown in the central region of Africa has a rich flavor, but is very delicate and susceptible to damage, giving each plant a low yield of usable leaf. This makes Cameroon tobacco more expensive and harder to find. By combining two of these rich wrappers in one cigar, CAO has made a great ground breaking discovery that is changing the way people think of Cameroon cigars.

CAO Criollo Cigars

The Criollo seed is rich in the history of cigar making. Originating in Cuba, the term 'Criollo' simply means 'native seed.' When CAO discovered the gorgeous wrapper of Criollo '98, they fell in love with it. To produce a truly outstanding cigar, they complemented this wrapper by combining it with the finest Cuban seed Nicaraguan tobaccos under the highest quality standards of the Ozgener family. CAO Anniversary Maduro Cigars

Originally introduced in 1998 (CAO L.Anniversaire Maduro 1968-1998), the CAO Maduro quickly garnered nearly every accolade and award in the premium cigar industry, including being selected as the “Best Maduro Cigar of 1999.”

The 1999 yield of Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper has been recognized as arguably the finest harvest of this leaf in the last decade. The Connecticut Broadleaf selected for the CAO Maduro - Vintage 1999 was picked an additional 30 to 40 days beyond the 1999 harvest dates. The longer hang time in the curing barns allowed the leaves to mature even further before being processed. The CAO Maduro '99 Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper is naturally cured and requires three separate fermentation processes. The extra care shows in an incredible cigar.

The end result is a wrapper leaf that is rich, dark and oily. The taste is big, bold and lush with complex flavors of sweetened coffee, chocolate and black pepper. The CAO Maduro - Vintage 1999 is an incredibly well-balanced cigar, that yields an aroma that is nothing less than intoxicating.

CAO Anniversary Extreme Cigars

An intense smoke with a superior structure, it is layered with complex flavors of cocoa and roasted nuts. The CAO EXtreme contains five different Cuban seed Nicaraguan tobaccos featuring two different types of Ligero. All-Nicaraguan blend with a dark, reddish Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper make the CAO L’Anniversaire Extreme a strong smoke right out of the gate. CAO MX2 features two aged Maduro wrappers in a blend that combines only the best tobaccos from six different countries. The external wrapper is well-fermented Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro. The second wrapper, used as binder, is spicy Brazilian Maduro. The fillers are a sweet and picante mixture of exquisite tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Peru. CAO Vision Cigars

CAO Vision cigars are made with Dominican wrappers and a blend of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Brazilian filler tobaccos. The cigars will come packaged in a desktop/travel humidor that was designed to maintain an ideal humidity level. The humidor also includes a digital hygrometer, and LED's that light up when the box is opened.

CAO Italia Cigars

The CAO Italia is one of the only cigars in the world to include premium Italian leaf in its blend. This cigar is complex and well balanced. The CAO Italia gets its name from the Habano seed, Italian grown filler tobacco that can be found in each cigar. Prior to the production of this cigar, Italian tobacco was primarily used in machine made cigars because the climate and soil only allowed for a very limited number of premium leaves. This Italian filler is complimented by other Nicaraguan and Puruvian fillers that make this cigar very complex. In staying with the Italian theme, each box features the Italian colors on the outside, paying homage to its origin. The CAO Italia has a strong to medium-body and has a very damp texture that brings out its natural aromas.

Like most CAO cigars, it is a good looking cigar that is well constructed but unlike the others, the America has dual wrappers that gives the stick a beautiful pin stripe effect. The CAO America is the first ‘Pinstripe’ style cigar in CAO’s portfolio with two American-grown wrapper leaves: one Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro and one Connecticut Shade. Inside there is a Brazilian binder and 100% ligero filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Italy, U.S.A., and the Dominican Republic. The CAO America will come in 20 count red, white and blue boxes.  Full bodied but not harsh.
