Q: Probably one of the most asked questions is WHY do we leave the manufacturers cigar band on the cigar.
A: If we printed cigar bands, we would have to remove the original manufactures band from the cigar.  We feel the cigar band shows they are authentic....plus it will impress your guests to see the quality cigars your bought for them. Secondly, we would have to open and handle each cigar.   I personally would not want someone else touching a cigar that I will be placing in my mouth!

Q: Where does the personalization go?
A: We print full color labels that are placed on the cigar wrapper, or glass tube, as originally provided by the manufacturer. Some brands, like Acid or Mayorga, cannot be personalized since they do not come in tubes or have any type of wrapper.  We normally place the personalized label about 1” from the top of the cigar, overtop the manufacturers band, depending on what looks best.  When you pull the cigar from the plastic sleeve or tube, the manufacturers band is intact..and on the cigar as it should be.

Q: If I place an order today, how long does it take to receive the cigars?
A: It normally takes about a week to design a label proof and get your approval.  Some periods during the year our products are in a much higher demand and proof production may take longer (Spring Weddings, Holidays, etc).  Once you approve the proof and decide on a cigar package, our normal processing time is 2-3 business days for printing and labeling.  Once completed, they are shipped by Priority Mail which takes about 3-7 business days.   During our busy seasons (Spring/Summer) we have many orders for weddings.  We may require some additional time depending on our workload.  Its best to order a few weeks in advance so that you have time to review the proofs and give us time to give you lots of personal attention so everything is perfect!

Q: I do not have a humidor, will my cigars be safe until my special occasion?
A: Yes! All of our orders are double sealed so that the cigars remain air-tight in their original box.  Most homes are kept around 65-70 degrees, which is the ideal temperature for cigars.  As long as you keep the cigars sealed and in an environment out of direct sunlight and/or heat, the cigars will be perfectly fine!

Q: Do we charge extra for COLOR?
A: No, we feel that color adds a very nice touch to the labels and welcome any color setup or images that you would like us to print.   We also color match, so feel free to send a sample image with a specific color if you need it matched! We aslo have a large collection of images and take special requests.
