PROOF REQUEST DETAILS:
Before requesting a personalized cigar proof, please read the below notes so that you understand the process. While everyone’s occasion is “special”, we do have to maintain an organized system to ensure that orders are processed correctly for each customer.
#1 - You are requesting a proof to be made based on the information you provide below. You are NOT placing an actual order for personalized cigars. There is no obligation to purchase. We reserve the right to ignore fake/multiple/incomplete proof requests.
#2 - Turn around time for proof production depends on several factors. If your wedding/special occasion is not within the next month, we may not actually process your proof request until its closer to when you actually need the personalized cigars! While everyones proof request is important, we will give priority to orders that are Express/Rush before producing a proof for a wedding that is several months or a a year away. You can submit a proof request early, but we may not respond to your request until a few weeks before the special occasion.
#3 - EMAIL!! Please make sure that you provide a proper email address that is a working email address! We receive many requests for proofs without a full email address. We have no idea if you have AOL, ComCast, Netscape, etc. unless you tell us your full email address! If you do not provide an email address, we will not design a proof. AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail is notorious for routing email to a Junk/Bulk/SPAM folder. Make sure that you adjust your email account to allow email from TBS-Cigars.com. Otherwise, you may not receive the proof when it is sent!
#4 - We do not ship cigars outside of the USA. No sales to Canada or the State of Oregon due to the tobacco laws and regulations. No exceptions!
#5 - We do not take personalized orders or changes to proofs over the phone. This is for your protection so that NO mistakes occur with your order. Proofs, price quotes and ordering is online so that there is a detailed history for the entire order.
#6 - Take a look at some of our past designs. We can make up almost anything you want, however proof turn around time is much faster if you like one of the existing designs with some slight modifications.

Note: We do not print “reflective” colors like silver or gold. They are printed as shades of gray or yellow. How soon do you need personalized cigars for your special occasion?

Everyones special occasion is different. We spend quite a bit of time on each personalized cigar request to make the design perfect for the occasion. Proof design can take several days and we ask that you be patient after submitting your request for a personalized proof.
Do not submit your request over and over again!! We will get back to you as soon as possible with a proof for your review. If your special occasion / deadline for the personalized cigar is several weeks/months away, we will contact you closer to when you need the cigars. Normally about 3-4 weeks before you actually need them.
If you waited until the “last minute” to request a proof and want personalized cigars in under 20 days, we highly recommend the EXPRESS option. We will try to accommodate your request for the rush processing. In some cases, its is impossible to produce a proof, process and order, and ship an order to you in time. It is best to request proofs about 3-4 weeks before you actually need personalized cigars. |

All information collected by this form remains confidential and is never sold or used for any other purpose or solicitation outside of our cigar sites. On occasion we do use old label proofs and photos from past orders for display on our websites for sample proof design images.
